Add pumpkin cubes in and saute in the onion and garlic.
Add in the spices and coat the pumpkin
Cook until the pumpkin is slightly soft.
Add in LM Vegetable Broth, place the lid on and simmer.
Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
Let the mixture cool
Blend the soup until smooth.
Add in coconut milk and stir through.
