Notes
Broccoli is one of the most well-known cancer-fighting foods, and for good reason. It contains a potent compound called sulforaphane, which has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells and even induce apoptosis (cell death) in cancer cells. Additionally, broccoli is a good source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals, making it a nutrient-dense addition to any diet.
