Ingredients

  • 2 Packets of Frisp Freeze Dried Strawberries 30g. (Woolworths stocks these.
  • 1 400 ml Coconut milk Full fat
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Grass-fed gelatin

Instructions

  • Add everything into a blender
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into 4 glasses and let them set in the fridge overnight.
